Here’s a throwback to Toybiz; Bullseye variants! They both come with the same BAF part. Hasbro Marvel Legends doesn’t do this sort of variants anymore since the Infinite series, though there are some running changes and I’d consider them variants. (Here’s an example: Hasbro Marvel Legends Shocker Variants)
But these Toybiz variants are intentional. I’m not sure which was harder to find though between these two. One has a serious closed-mouth face, the other has a snarling open-mouth face,
The front and back of these figures are exactly the same. The only difference (besides the face) is the paintwork of the white parts on the ‘shoulder pads’, gloves, belt, holster and boots.
The snarling open-mouth variants has a black wash on those white parts which makes them look dirty. The serious look version has cleaner white parts.
One minor difference is at the forearm. The closed-mouth variant has one white loop on the forearm above the gloves, but the open-mouth variant has 2 white loops on the forearm above the gloves.
Both faces are sculpted really well. I can kinda ‘feel’ both facial expressions, lol.
+ Different head
+ Different shade of white on the ‘shoulder pads’, gloves, belt, holster and boots
+ Additional white loop on forearm of open-mouth variant
Both these figures are one of the better ones from Toybiz. I really love the head sculpt, but the new Bullseye wins it just by the sheer number of accessories it comes with. This Toybiz Bullseye does not come with any accessories at all.
I’d say these 2 figures are still able to fit right in with the newer Hasbro Marvel Legends figures.
